The Chef Amelia Sanchez

We are proud to have a Female Chef, Amelia Sanchez born and raised in San Luis Potosí, Mexico. One of seven children, Amelia brings with her the strength, passion and gentleness from our Moon Goddess Ixchel. Amelia has been in the industry for over 20 years. She did not know becoming a mom at a very young age would also be the fire to starting her career. She began her own recipe book as she would cook for her children, inspired by Pioneer and incredible Mexican Chef Chepina Peralta.

Our very talented & knowledgeable bartenders can guide you to choose the perfect type of spirit or mix to perfection your desired drink with or without alcohol. There is much to learn on all of the different sophisticated Mezcales & Tequilas we carry. Be sure to ask for help!
